Weight problem.
Have been really stress these days.
Its all about my weight problem.
My friends told me I was never fat and said that it was all my own imaginations.
I tried losing weight in healthy ways.. Asking Shirley down to the fitness corner, went down to have a walk after I finish my meal. - I don't know does this works, just trying out. Jog on the spot at home. Sit ups and so on.
When I'm lazy, I won't have any of my favourite food, just plain porridge with soy sauce.
In Secondary 2, I didn't bother to eat, I was busy training my Maple account.
When the June holidays ended, the first PE lesson was to take Height & Weight, I was underweight, 36 kilograms, 157cm.
After I went steady with Terence, he fed me fat.
In Secondary 4, after June Holidays, I was 46kilograms.
Just 2 years, I gained 10kilograms.
Terence ideal weight for me is 55kilograms.
Insane.
And now, I'm 40kilograms after much hard work.
But seriously, who cares man?
After much hard work, there's people still think I'm fat.
Maybe I was just being sensitive.
Terence once ask me "Why do you care so much about what people think about you?"
I still have no answer for that.
